Flying Wild in the City: A Day of Service to the birds
With Karen Lanier

A day of service for all ages to participate in making our world a better place — for birds! They sing songs, brighten the winter with their color and provide hours of entertainment. They inspire wonder and delight as they build intricate nests and soar through the trees. They migrate across continents and encounter treacherous hazards along the way. Help our feathered friends and learn more about the birds of our city by participating in a variety of service projects to improve bird habitat at LASC. Morning activities will focus on improving food in the habitat by making bird feeders. Also look forward to surprise visits from live feathered friends, and games throughout this fun day of service!

AM, PM and Full Day sessions available.

Thanks to Wild Birds Unlimited to providing supplies and support for this day.
