WE ARE HIRING!

PART TIME: Art and Science Teachers

The Living Arts and Science Center (LASC) is accepting applications for part-time teachers. We have filled all of our open positions for this spring and summer, but welcome applications for additional opportunities and events.  These are contractual positions with hours dependent on the number of classes and programs offered by the LASC each season. Minimum qualifications include: experience teaching and/or working with children,  at least currently enrolled for a bachelor’s or higher in Education, the Arts, Science, or a related discipline, and/or significant professional experience in these fields.

Teacher Application

The Living Arts & Science Center works with a large roster of creative educators in the arts and sciences.  We will be offering a variety of in person AND virtual classes this spring and summer, allowing those outside of Fayette Co. or even Kentucky the opportunity to teach with us here at the LASC! If you are interested in teaching classes, leading field trips, or presenting community programs in the arts or sciences, please fill out the application and return it with your resume.
