Sri Lankan Family Style with Chef Samantha Fore

Be inspired to create a Sri Lankan family-style cuisine with owner and chef, Samantha Fore, of Tuk Tuk Sri Lankan Bites. Students will make dishes and present them to their fellow classmates, we will discuss various spices and learn a little history about Sri Lankan style food. Students will create and enjoy Chicken Curry, tempered green beans, potato curry, and scented rice. Come hungry and leave full!
