Summer Camp Week 7: July 14th-18th
Morning Meditation (LASC Morning Care)
Grades: K-12th
Summer Camp Week 7, July 14th-18th | K - 12th Grade | $50 ($45 Members)
Need to drop off early? No problem, begin the day by joining our morning meditation starting at 9 am. Students can enjoy activities such as yoga, stretching, getting your body moving, and more all while under the stars in our planetarium. LASC staff will guide students to their classrooms at 8:45 am.
Splish, Splash, Splatter
Grades: Pre-K (ages 3-5)
Teacher: Hannah Yates | July 14th-18th, 9:00am - 12:00 pm | $200 ($175 Members)
Grades: Pre-K (ages 3-5) (Must be bathroom independent)
This class is going to be a BIG fun mess! Explore a class full of paint, messes, slime, and even more fun! If you like getting messy and slimy, then this is the class for you! We will create our own art masterpieces, learn and try out different types of art mediums and even create our very own melted crayon canvases to take home.
This class will meet in person at the Living Arts & Science Center. Parents should provide one peanut-free snack, and a personal water bottle for their child.
Hand-Building Young Ceramicists
Grades: K-2nd
Teacher: Sophia Dominichi | July 14th-18th, 9:00am - 4:00pm | $365 ($340 Members)

Time to play in some clay! We will spend the week learning the fundamentals of hand-building ceramics pieces. From pinch pots to slab building, we will spend each day in the ceramics studio gaining more knowledge to become ceramic virtuosos! In addition, we will be learning about the artists that use these techniques as well as history about the practice. By the end of the week students will have multiple masterpieces ready for the kiln.
This class will meet in person at the Living Arts & Science Center. Parents should provide two peanut free snacks, one lunch, and a personal water bottle for their child.
Slime Lab
Grades: K-5th

Goggles on! Get ready to get messy and creative with our Slimy Art class! This fun-filled camp is all about exploring the squishy, stretchy world of slime through art and science. Whether you're making colorful, glittery slime, turning it into an art masterpiece, or conducting a MAD science experiment you’ll discover new ways to mix and mold slime into your very own artistic and scientific creations.
This class will meet in person at the Living Arts & Science Center. Parents should provide two peanut free snacks, one lunch, and a personal water bottle for their child.
STEAM Careers
Grades: 3rd-5th

Get ready to explore the exciting world of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics)! In this hands-on class students will dive into the diverse careers within the STEAM fields. From creative artists and innovative engineers to mathematicians and scientists, each day will feature engaging activities and projects that introduce students to real careers. Students will build structures, solve puzzles, and explore how math and science come to life everyday!
This class will meet in person at the Living Arts & Science Center. Parents should provide two peanut free snacks, one lunch, and a personal water bottle for their child.
Enchanting Arts: A Harry Potter Experience
Grades: 6th-8th
Teacher: Grace Kistner | July 14th-18th, 9:00am - 4:00pm | $350 ($325 Members)

This immersive, week-long summer camp invites young witches, wizards and even Muggles to experience the wonders of the Harry Potter universe in a magical, hands-on setting. This camp offers a blend of spellbinding activities, magical arts, and fun challenges that will make you feel like you're truly part of the wizarding world. By the end you’ll have your own collection of magical masterpieces worthy of any Hogwarts display!

Learning Lounge LASC Aftercare
Grades: K-12th
Summer Camp Week 7, July 14th-18th | K - 12th Grade | $50 ($45 Members)
Join LASC for the aftercare Learning Lounge. Students can enjoy supervised crafts, games, activities and recreation time after class. Students must be picked up by 5:30pm.
