CLASS FULL April 1st-5th: Spring Break | Tea Party
Grades: K-2nd

Teacher: Jillian Riseman | April 1st-5th, 9:00am - 4:00pm | $350 ($325 Members)
Grades: K-2nd 

Welcome to the LASC’s Tea Party! Only at this tea party students will get to create their very own tea set. Students will spend the morning with Jillian learning about ceramics and handbuilding their very own cups, bowls, and utensils too. In the afternoon students will spend time in the kitchen learning how to make and create different types of food fit for a tea party. Students will bake bread, make their own tea and more. Friday we’ll celebrate with our own tea party. Costumes are encouraged. 

This class will meet in person at the Living Arts & Science Center. Parents should provide two peanut free snacks, one lunch, and a personal water bottle for their child.

April 1st-5th: Spring Break | Printmaking
Grades: 3rd-5th

Teacher: Gabriella Hoss | April 1st-5th, 9:00am - 4:00pm | $350 ($325 Members)
Grades: 3rd-5th 

Enrich your knowledge of contemporary printmaking methods. Learn the basic techniques of printing using everyday materials such as Legos, bolts, found objects, and more. Students will deepen their understanding of these methods through independent and collaborative explorations.

This class will meet in person at the Living Arts & Science Center. Parents should provide two peanut free snacks, one lunch, and a personal water bottle for their child.

April 1st-5th Spring Break | Learning Lounge Aftercare
Grades: K - 5th

Join LASC for the aftercare Learning Lounge. Students can enjoy supervised crafts, games, activities and recreation time after class. Students must be picked up by 5:30pm.

April 8th: No School Day | Eclipse Party
Grades: K - 5

Teacher: Meghan Taylor | April 8th, 9:00am - 4:00pm | $80 ($70 Members)
Grades: K-5th 

It’s a TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSE PARTY! Join us on this special day for a class full of fun! Students will learn about the solar eclipse, watch a planetarium show, learn about eye safety from the sun, create fun art projects and science experiments. Your student does not want to miss the party.

 This class will meet in person at the Living Arts & Science Center. Parents should provide two peanut free snacks, one lunch, and a personal water bottle for their child.

April 1st-5th: Spring Break | Leap into Spring
Grades: Pre-K (ages 3-5)

Teacher: Meredith Coffey | April 1st-5th, 9:00am - 12:00 pm | $200 ($175 Members)
Grades: Pre-K (ages 3-5) 

Come leap into spring with us here at LASC! In this fun filled class students will learn through play, crafts and science experiments. Students will learn about colors, animals, nature, flowers, rain and the seasons. 

This class will meet in person at the Living Arts & Science Center and all applicable safety guidelines will be practiced. Parents should provide two peanut-free snacks, one lunch, and a personal water bottle for their child.

Spring 2024

May 21st: No School Day | Throw Some Dough
Grades: K - 5

Teacher: Meghan Taylor | May 21st, 9:00am - 4:00pm | $80 ($70 Members)
Grades: K-5th 

Get ready to throw some dough!

The LASC is excited to present our first combo cooking and ceramics class.

Students will spend the morning learning cooking basics, food presentation, how to cook and prepare their own soups salads, and more.

After lunch students will head into the clay studio and create their own dishware to use with their newly acquired cooking skills. Students will learn ceramic hand-building and wheel-throwing techniques. 

This class will meet in person at the Living Arts & Science Center. Parents should provide two peanut free snacks, one lunch, and a personal water bottle for their child.
